Most all our products are mad to order. We do carry a small inventory.

All orders are considered custom and final. If you cancel an order before its shipping due date and it an item we currently sell we can refund after the item sells on our shop. 

In th event any item is damaged during shipping a new piece can be shipped out. If the entire order is damaged please take photos of all items and the box condition so we can begin a claim with UPS or other carriers. A new item will be made and shipped out during this process.
